able you will be to choose or create a plan that has the best chance of
success. It is also important to be as objective as possible
about yourself. You need to truly think about what kind of
person you are in order to formulate the best possible plan for
yourself. Are you a disciplined person or are you more on the
lazy side? Do you have a large family or small children?
Do you have a particular stressful job that takes a great
deal of time? All these factors will come into play when you
are putting together a weight loss plan.
